Start by going to create your account and then we'll help you through the process. For security, we'll ask for your email address and mobile number. We might need some other information about your cover or Bupa products.



If you’ve already created an account for Be.Me or Bupa Touch you don’t need to create another new account - you can use the same email and password to sign in to Bupa Touch.

Start by selecting sign in, you’ll then need to enter your email address and password. You’ll also be asked to enter two digits from your memorable number, which you entered when you created your account.

If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and password. You will then be asked to enter two random digits of your memorable number. Select 'forgotten memorable number’. You’ll need to complete some verification steps before you are able to reset it.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the 'forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll then be able to reset your password after completing some recovery verification steps. Once completed you’ll be able to use your new password to sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your sign in email address, use the 'forgotten your email address’ link on the sign in page. You’ll then be able to retrieve the sign in email address after completing some verification steps.

No. At the moment, you can access dental or health cover documents and health assessment reports through your online account. We’ll be adding more soon.

You can access your dental and health cover documents and your health assessment reports. You can also get rewards and benefits like Anytime HealthLine and Digital GP. You can’t access cash plans, Bupa On Demand or travel cover through your online account.

You can see claims for your current health or dental cover from up to 7 years ago. You’ll see details of your own claims and you can download PDFs of your claims advice statements.



If you’re the main person on your cover and you have dependants under 16 years old, you can also download their claims advice statements.



We’re working on future updates so that you’ll be able to see claims for other people on your cover, if you both give your consent for this.



We’re also working to give you access to claims on previous policies.
