Why has My Bupa changed?

We’ve moved our online accounts from My Bupa to Bupa Touch to make them more secure and more convenient. The Bupa Touch app is coming soon, so you’ll be able to access your cover from your phone. And we’ve added extra security checks to keep your data safe.

I have an old account or a My Bupa account

If you set up your account more than 6 months ago it’s likely that you’ll need to create a new account. Go to Create an account and complete our updated security checks.



I have Be.Me account


You can use your Be.Me sign-in details to sign in to our new online account. Sign in to get started.



I have a Bupa Touch account

If you recently set up your Bupa Touch account, you can still use the same details to sign in. Sign in to get started.



I have a Bupa Global account

At the moment, Bupa Touch is for Bupa UK customers only. If you’d like to sign in to your Bupa Global account, or if you’d like to create a Bupa Global online account, please visit https://www.bupaglobal.com.

Go to Create an account and we'll take you through the process step by step. You'll be asked to verify your email address and mobile number for security. We might also ask for some additional information about your cover or Bupa products. If you’ve already created an account for Be.Me or Bupa Touch you don’t need to create another new account – you can use the same email and password to sign in here.

After you select ‘Sign in’ you’ll be asked for your email address and password. You’ll also be asked to enter two digits from the memorable number that you gave when you created your account. If you’ve forgotten your memorable number, sign in using your email address and password. On the next page, when asked to enter two random digits of your memorable number, click the forgotten memorable number. You’ll then be able to reset your memorable number after completing some recovery verification steps. Once complete, you’ll be able to use your new memorable number to sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the forgotten your password link on the sign-in page. You’ll then be able to reset your password after completing some recovery verification steps. Once completed you’ll be able to use your new password to sign in.

If you’ve forgotten your sign-in email address, click the forgotten your email address link on the sign-in page. You’ll then be able to retrieve the sign-in email address after completing some verification steps.

You can access all your dental and health cover documents, and health assessment reports, as well as rewards and benefits like Anytime HealthLine and Digital GP. You can’t access cash plans, Bupa On Demand or travel cover through your new online account.
