Research from Bupa1 has found that the health and the productivity of employees were among the top five most important considerations when growing a young business.

In addition, four out of five SMEs said that the health of employees has been important to their business’s productivity and success.

Despite this, less than half of SMEs provide health and wellbeing benefits.

So the fact that you have Bupa health insurance could put you one step ahead of your competitors when it comes to maintaining your most valuable asset: your staff. Make sure you’re promoting your insurance effectively to your employees so they’re able to reap the benefits.
