Babylon Health app rebrand to eMed

Following the acquisition of Babylon Health by eMed Healthcare earlier this year, the Babylon Health app will be rebranded to eMed. This will happen using a phased approach so customers can be updated during the process.

The first phase of the rebrand will take place in mid-November

The app name and logo on a customer’s smartphone will remain unchanged during this phase, however the name in the app store will change to Babylon powered by eMed. References to eMed will start to appear within the app including the log-in page, plus some changes to the colour and typography. Customers will be made aware of the rebrand via a message on the homepage of their app. Emails that customers receive from Babylon will become eMed branded during November.
