Bupa signs the BITC Workwell Commitment

We are proud to announce that we are now a signatory of the Business in the Community Workwell Commitment. The Workwell Commitment’s framework is a simple yet powerful roadmap for organisations, designed to prioritise their people and empower them to thrive at work.

Our Chief Finance Officer, Siobhan Moynihan, attended the official launch of the on 2nd October to sign the commitment on behalf of Bupa.

Developed by UK expert leaders and informed by the BITC Workwell Model and the ground-breaking "Prioritise People" report, it sets out three steps for action on employee wellbeing. By signing the Workwell Commitment, our organisation is declaring that we are prioritising employee wellbeing and joining this growing workplace wellbeing revolution.

We now commit to: 

  • Establish a benchmark against the BITC workwell model
  • Act to improve the wellbeing of our employees
