ConnectedCare – Joined up healthcare to help deliver better outcomes

03 January 2024

We are excited to announce the launch of ConnectedCare, which showcases Bupa’s unique ability to join up health insurance and healthcare provision. This proposition allows us to demonstrate how we can help reduce healthcare costs, address challenges for access to care and help drive the best clinical outcomes – a fantastic way for us to demonstrate that only Bupa can provide joined up healthcare, to help deliver better outcomes for our customers.

Take a look at our video and information below to find out more.

What is ConnectedCare?

We’re connecting our health clinics, hospital and national provider networks, digital healthcare app and integrated treatment pathways, to help provide better clinical outcomes for our customers.

  • More convenient; Treatment is faster and easier to manage; mental health therapy within 10 days, and physiotherapy consultation within 48 hours.
  • Helping deliver better outcomes; Always innovating to improve treatment pathways, our Specialist Centres for Cancer offer same day all-clear or onward referral for diagnostic tests.
  • More cost effective; members will follow the most clinically appropriate treatment pathway, aiming to get them well faster. It also reduces the risk of overtreatment, which for MSK has a 20% cost reduction.

Look out for our campaign activity as we’ll be raising awareness in the market in the coming weeks across our media and social channels.
