Introducing Digital Wellbeing.

12 January 2024

The easy way to make wellbeing work for you and your team

We believe wellbeing is for everyone. That’s why we’ve created a range of tools to help you and your team take the small steps that make a big difference. Better health. Better wellbeing. For everyone.

Available through the Bupa Touch app from 8 January 2024, Digital Wellbeing allows members to access a comprehensive suite of wellbeing resources. From fitness classes and plans, to meditation programmes, as well as access to practical tools to address the everyday challenges we all face.

There are over 1,500 fitness classes to choose from, including HIIT workouts, Pilates and Yoga. Fitness programmes that help to build strength and technique. Plus fitness plans that focus on short but effective exercises. All covering a range of abilities from beginners through to advanced users. There's also a range of wellbeing videos, podcasts and articles, to help users take proactive steps to better wellbeing.

Why Digital Wellbeing?

We’re rolling out a new suite of preventative and proactive wellbeing products and services to our business health insurance customers. Helping them stay healthy, identify potential risks earlier, and ultimately take action towards better health.

These new services are part of Bupa’s ‘Prevention and Wellbeing Revolution’, promoting healthy behaviours that empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing.

How does Digital Wellbeing work?

Digital Wellbeing is included with health insurance with added value service. Anyone covered under a Bupa PMI policy in the UK can access it. This includes dependants over 16 years of age.

Digital Wellbeing tools are available in the Bupa Touch app. Members of personal and business schemes can download the app on a smartphone or tablet by searching ‘Bupa Touch’ on the App Store or Google Play. They can create a new digital account or sign-in using their Bupa Touch, Be.Me or Bupa Blua Health details.

Further features and services will be added to our Digital Wellbeing proposition throughout 2024.
