SmartDNA closure

We regularly review our products and services to make sure they continue to meet the changing needs of you and your employees.

Following a review of SmartDNA with the third-party supplier, we have decided to stop selling the product.

We have made arrangements with the supplier of SmartDNA to carefully manage the withdraw of the service and ensure any outstanding kits can be used.

  • Companies with SmartDNA on contract or flex platforms can request and use kits until the 31st of August 2023
  • No kits will be sent out from 1st September 2023
  • Final results will be given to SmartDNA customers by 30th September 2023
  • Any unused kits will be refunded. For your employees on flex platforms Bupa will refund the individual directly.
