How this offer works
We’ll fix your rate for two years.
This doesn't apply to any changes in IPT tax. For new corporate clients purchasing a Bupa Select Corporate PMI Policy covering 100-1,000 employees. The price will be uplifted by 6% in Year 1 and held at that rate for both Year 1 and Year 2. Year 3 will return to a fully insured contract. Quotes valid for 28 days, available between 1 October 2025 and 31 March 2026. Your policy must start between 1 January and 30 April 2026.*

This depends on your registration numbers:
- 100-150 main members = up to 5 checks
- 151-250 main members = up to 10 checks
- 251-500 main members = up to 20 checks
- 501-1,000 main members = up to 30 checks

*Terms and conditions
- In these terms and conditions, references to “Bupa” are to Bupa Insurance Limited, which may act through its agent Bupa Insurance Services Limited.
- Eligible clients purchasing a new Bupa Select Corporate PMI Policy (“Select Policy”) can choose to add the 2-year 6% Fixed Rate option at no additional cost and receive a limited number of free My Genomic Health Medication Checks for employees (the “Offer”). The free checks are limited to a set number and shall apply to the first year of cover only. The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions and is not applicable to any other Bupa product or service. My Genomic Health Medication Check is provided by Bupa Occupational Health.
- The Offer is available to:
- UK registered corporate entities (including, for example, companies, partnerships, and associations) covering 100 – 1,000 members who purchase a new Select Policy from Bupa (either directly or through a broker); and
- new corporate clients with an experience rated price, or those switching from an alternative company health insurance provider who receive a quote for a Select Policy.
- The Offer is not available to:
- existing Bupa clients who hold a policy for any Bupa product or service, or SME age-rated priced scheme;
- consumers;
- businesses with under 100 employees, or who intend on covering over 1,000 employees; or
- any existing customer or group that already has a Bupa policy or any trust schemes.
- Eligible corporate new businesses can redeem a limited number of free My Genomic Health Medication Checks for their members. The number of free checks available is in line with registration numbers as follows:
- Up to a maximum 5 My Genomic Health Medication Checks for main members only, for new business schemes of 100-150 registrants.
- Up to a maximum 10 My Genomic Health Medication Checks for main members only, for new business schemes of 151-250 registrants.
- Up to a maximum 20 My Genomic Health Medication Checks for main members only, for new business schemes of 251-500 registrants.
- Up to a maximum 30 My Genomic Health Medication Checks for main members only, for new business schemes of 501-1,000 registrants.
- Any spend which exceeds the limited number of free checks available or is used on checks outside of the Offer will need to be covered by the corporate client and the corporate client will be responsible for paying any applicable fees and charges.
- Each My Genomic Health Medication Check will include one home test kit, a report covering more than 100 medicines and an option for the main member to discuss their results with a Bupa GP. To continue these checks after the end of the Fixed Period, My Genomic Health Medication Checks are available alongside the Corporate Select Policy.
- All employees of the corporate client covered by the Select Policy and any new main members that become employed by the corporate client after the Select Policy has started, will be eligible to access the My Genomic Health Medication Check during the first year of cover, subject to being aged 18 or over, UK residents, and meeting clinical eligibility – clinical eligibility criteria can be found at bupa.co.uk/medication-check
- Members who stop being employed by the corporate client will not be eligible to access a My Genomic Health Medication Check.
- The names of all employees selected by the corporate client to receive a My Genomic Health Medication Check must be provided to the Bupa Account Manager within three months of the scheme start date.
- The Offer will not be applied in subsequent policy years.
- Quotes are available 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 and remain valid for 28 days; contracts must commence by 1 April 2026, and the Select Policy must have a start date between 1 January 2026 and 30 April 2026 inclusive. Bupa’s standard Terms of Business and Bupa Select Policy Terms & Conditions will apply.
- The Offer guarantees the rate per member (the “Fixed Rate”) of the Select Policy for 2 years (the “Fixed Period”). This applies only to main members who join the scheme during the two-year period. The price will be uplifted by 6% in year 1 and held at that rate for both year 1 and year 2. Year 3 will return to a fully insured contract arrangement. The Offer does not apply to any changes in Insurance Premium Tax (“IPT”) at renewal.
- Changes to the Select Policy made during the Fixed Period may affect the price at renewal but will not affect the Fixed Rate. Examples of changes to the Select Policy include (but are not limited to) adding or removing members and dependents from the Select Policy, babies covered on a complimentary basis becoming paid-for child dependents at the first renewal, and child-dependents reaching the age of 24 during the first year of cover who would then be required to pay the adult rate in the second year of cover.
- Corporate Clients may not be able to amend benefit options of the Select Policy, such as Facility Access and Out-patient limits, at their first renewal when choosing the Fixed Rate option.
- Bupa reserves the right to decline to offer a Select Policy in its absolute discretion, and Bupa’s decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final.
- Bupa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the Offer at any point without prior notice. The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, has no cash value/alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
- When calculating prices for a Select Policy, Bupa considers additional factors such as (but not limited to) claims history, additional claims or referrals that may stem from taking the Offer, age of members, the rising cost of healthcare. These factors will be reflected in year 3 at renewal, following the Fixed Period.
- Bupa will use any personal information in accordance with its privacy notice which can be found at bupa.co.uk/privacy
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bupa and its group companies shall not be liable to the corporate client or any of its employees for any claims, damages, or any other losses whatsoever under or in connection with the operation of the Offer.
- These terms & conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
