Consumer Update: Commission payment runs
From 11th September, we will be making a change to our commission payment run (for consumer intermediaries). Our commission payment run will now take place on the 15th of each month (or on the following Monday if falls on a weekend). In the month of September, to ensure you don’t go more than four weeks without commission, we will run a payment on the 8th and 15th September.
The next payment after this change will be the 16th October.
The reason for the change is to widen the window for commission to ensure all new/renewal business is processed in time for the pay cycle. The change will ensure prompter payment of commission in line with subscriptions being paid.
