Iain McMillan announces retirement

Today we are sharing that Iain McMillan, Director of Distribution – Business and Specialist Products, has made the decision to retire from 1 January 2025.

After a career of 30 years in health insurance, including seven years leading the intermediary and sales teams at Bupa, Iain has made a significant impact across the industry. Under Iain’s leadership our intermediary team has gone from strength to strength, building lasting relationships across the intermediary network and contributing to significant growth across the business.

We thank Iain for his fantastic contribution to Bupa and wish him every happiness in his retirement.

A recruitment process for his successor is underway, which we will share in due course.
