Cash Plan is available on Bupa Connect

You can now manage Cash Plan in Bupa Connect.

This will be available for groups that are on our new operating platform and will mean that intermediaries and group secretaries will be able to view and manage invoices and policy documents digitally.

We are expecting further enhancements in 2025, which will include the ability to view reports and make membership changes.

What is Bupa Connect?

Bupa Connect is your online portal to manage Bupa products and services. It gives you the tools you need to support and digitally manage your group’s Bupa products.

What do you need to do?

If you are already a Bupa Connect user, you don’t need to do anything. Cash Plan will automatically become visible in the platform when it is ready.

As we onboard schemes to our new operating platform, we will contact group secretaries to let them know how to sign up to Bupa Connect.
