What's new
We’ve changed how you log in to Bupa Connect, and the Consumer Intermediary Portal

We’re always listening to your feedback and looking for ways to make your Bupa experience more secure and convenient. So, we’ve introduced two-factor authentication from 15 February. It adds an extra layer of protection when accessing our services.
Here’s what’s changing:
- When you log in to Bupa Connect, or our Consumer Intermediary Portal, enter your email address and password as usual.
- We’ll send you a code to your email to confirm it’s you. Remember to check your junk folder.
- Enter the code to complete your log in.
This means you’ll no longer need your memorable number to log in.
