As the product manufacturer, we’re committed to making sure all our product information is clear, accessible and up-to-date.

If you’re an intermediary, it's important you regularly check and review this information. This will help you meet your regulatory responsibilities as a distributor.

What we've updated

Fair value assessment What it is: We update these annually to show how we assess product value. Your role: You must also assess fair value to make sure your services and the price your clients pay for them is appropriate.

Target market What it is: This defines who each product is designed for and how it should be distributed. Your role: You must make sure the products you offer to your clients meet their needs.

Conflicts of interest What it is: How we identify and mitigate conflicts of interest. Your role: You must declare any conflicts of interest when supporting your clients.

Product approval process What it is: This explains how we develop and monitor our products. Your role: Use this to understand our processes for developing and monitoring products.
