Introducing a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in My Bupa

We’re enhancing how digital mental health and wellbeing support is delivered through Bupa, with the launch of a new Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub in My Bupa.

This forms part of our ambition to be the UK’s #1 mental health provider by 2027 and reflects the important role we play in helping clients access trusted health and wellbeing support.

Why we’re making this change

The new hub brings together trusted, clinically reviewed content and self directed support in one place, making it easier for clients to access help.

It also enables us to better use customer insight and in app data to continuously improve the support available - helping us respond to evolving client needs over time.

What this means for your clients

The new Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub will provide:

  • Easy access to trusted, self directed support
  • High-quality, clinically reviewed content
  • Support across a wide range of topics including sleep, stress, anxiety, depression, alcohol and caring for loved ones
  • A more seamless, joined-up experience within My Bupa

As part of this evolution, the SilverCloud wellbeing content currently available to customers will no longer be accessible after 30 June 2026.

What’s staying the same

SilverCloud will continue to be used by Health Services for EAP and remote digital therapy, and remains part of those offerings.
