Why a maximum renewal increase matters

Healthcare costs can fluctuate from year to year, making it difficult to forecast future spend. By capping your first renewal rate increase at a maximum of 10%, this offer provides valuable cost certainty when you need it most.

That means you can:

  • Better manage budgets and financial planning
  • Reduce uncertainty around future healthcare costs
  • Protect your employee benefits strategy from significant cost increases
  • Continue offering a high-value health benefit without compromising on quality
  • Invest in your people with greater confidence

It's a simple way to balance the need for comprehensive health cover with the demands of managing business costs.

How this offer works

The policy will have 4% loading applied at the start, we'll then cap your first renewal increase at a maximum of 10%.* Depending on your scheme performance in the first year, there may be no increase or a held/same rate. At Year 2 renewal, the price will revert to our standard pricing model, which would factor in claims performance over Year 1 and Year 2.

This doesn't apply to any changes in Insurance Premium Tax (IPT). Available to eligible new Corporate clients purchasing a Bupa Select Corporate PMI Policy covering 100–1,000 employees. Quotes are valid for 28 days and available during the promotional period. Full terms, conditions and eligibility criteria apply.*
