  • Access to wellbeing services. This includes the Be Me App which helps support you with your wellbeing goals.

  • Life assurance and bereavement support.
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).

  • We offer mental health support and tools. For example, our Employee Assistance Programme. This includes Healthy Minds, which also covers financial and legal advice.

  • You can call our Anytime HealthLine and Family Mental HealthLine too. And our Emotional Wellbeing Online Tool can help you cope with the demands of day-to-day life.
