This vaccine lasts for one year and helps you avoid catching flu for the whole flu season.

Contracting the flu virus is unlikely to lead to serious complications but you will probably suffer the consequences of missed social events and disruptions to your professional career, as well as the added stress associated with being unwell.

By protecting yourself against flu, you will be protecting those more vulnerable to complications like your children or elderly relatives.
