We’re thrilled to unveil an exciting new enhancement, for members on flagship v24 Dental Plan, that makes looking after their oral health even easier — and more rewarding.

From 15th September 2025, eligible dental insurance members will get their preventative dental treatment costs fully covered when they visit a Bupa Dental Care (BDC) practice.

This means when your employees visit a Bupa Dental Care practice there will be nothing extra to pay for:

• New patient exams^*
• Routine check-ups^**
• Scale & polish treatments

There’s more good news – we’re including this enhancement for your people with no change to your current price. It’s all part of our unique approach to dental care: linking your Bupa insurance to Bupa practices. Giving your employees more from their cover, with benefits designed to make their experience even better.

The offer is valid from 15th September 2025 until 29th November 2026, or until your next annual renewal date after 30th November 2025 — whichever comes first.

Who’s eligible?

Customers on the flagship v24 Dental Plan will be the first to enjoy this enhancement. Your employees with marketing permissions will hear from us via email or direct mail starting the week of 22nd September.

Terms and conditions

1. References to "Bupa" are to Bupa Insurance Limited, which may act through its agent Bupa Insurance Services Limited. References to “Bupa Dental Care practices” are to Bupa Dental Care, trading name of Oasis Dental Care Limited.
2. Members that have an active V24 Bupa Dental Plan policy (the “Dental Plan”) at the time they receive an eligible treatment (“Eligible Members”) can claim for the full cost of new patient examinations and/or routine examinations and/or scale and polish treatments at an applicable Bupa Dental Care practice which provides general dental services in the United Kingdom (the “Offer”).
3. Eligible Members can claim this Offer even if they have already claimed under their Dental Plan for any of the eligible treatments.
4. The Offer commences on 15th September 2025 until 29th November 2026, or their next annual renewal date after 30th November 2025, whichever is sooner.
5. Bupa’s policy terms and conditions for Dental Plan shall apply in full.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bupa Insurance Limited, Bupa Insurance Services Limited, and the Bupa group of companies shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or any other losses whatsoever arising under or otherwise in connection with this Offer.
7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
