Network outage update

We experienced a temporary network outage yesterday (Wednesday 8 March), which affected some of our internal systems, Bupa websites (including online booking systems) and some customer telephone lines. We are very sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.
Our systems were resumed by 1.30pm, with full access restored to our website, email and telephone channels. Our teams have worked hard to answer and return customer calls, rebook appointments, respond to new booking enquiries, and ensure customers have received the care and information they need.
The network outage was a result of a technical fault with our internet connectivity provider. We want to assure you that at no point did it compromise the security of our systems or data, nor was there any malicious activity towards Bupa.
We apologise again for any inconvenience and want to reassure you that being here for our customers is our number one priority. We’re taking the necessary steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
