Two apps. One sign in. All your healthcare needs covered

We always aim to make it fast and easy access for our customers to their healthcare and strongly believe that our two apps Bupa Touch and Bupa Blua Health define what digital healthcare should be and here’s why:

Bupa Touch – Provides your Bupa membership in your pocket. Helping you to navigate your Bupa products and service. It is your digital front door to;

• Requesting treatments
• Checking claims
• View cover documents
• Access to digital services

Bupa Blua Health – is an app that is available to our health insurance customers that include digital GP as part of their cover, enabling access to;

• 24/7 digital GP access
• Book a video or phone appointment
• Use of symptom checker for expert advice and next steps
• Get referred to a specialist
• Get prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy or to their door

To access both apps your employees only require their Bupa digital account sign-in details. Some employees may already have a Bupa digital account if they have already got access to: Bupa Touch, Bupa Blua Health or Be.Me, these same details can be used for all apps, so they can get started straight away!

If your employees don’t currently have a digital account they can download Bupa Touch, Bupa Blua Health or Be.Me and register for a digital account, which can then be used for all apps.

Bupa Blua Health is currently only available to employees with PMI, but we are working to expand this offering to whole of workforce customers in the near future.
