Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 – Business toolkit

06 April 2023

When employees feel good inside, they’re much more likely to perform better and take less time off work.

Mental Health Awareness Week is from 15 to 21 May. The focus this year is anxiety. Here’s why mental health should be a top priority for your clients.

How does this affect your clients?

It’s estimated over 17 million work days were lost between 2021 and 2022 due to work-related stress, depression and anxiety1.

Taking steps to make changes at work can really help with managing work-related anxiety. It can also help colleagues to perform better at work.

We’ve put together some expert-approved tools and resources for you to share that help raise awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health.

Download the Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 client email (OFT, 0.06MB) to share the mental health toolkit with your clients.
