March 18-24 offers the ideal opportunity for your clients to understand and support neurodiversity in their business.
Neurodiversity affects around 1 in 7 people*. It refers to alternative ways of thinking, behaving and processing information. It can include conditions such as dyslexia, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and dyspraxia and is sometimes seen as a challenge. But it can offer opportunities for different thinking and fresh ideas.
How does this affect your business?
Traditional working practices are designed for ‘neurotypical’ people who aren’t neurodivergent. This can make it difficult for neurodiverse employees to thrive at work, and for the business to make the most of their talents.
Download the Neurodiversity Celebration Week client email to share the neurodiversity toolkit with your clients.
