Manager support for menopause awareness month

25 October 2024

October is World Menopause Month. The month is to raise awareness, break down barriers and highlight the support options available to improve health and wellbeing. Research shows one in six people (17%) have considered leaving work due to a lack of support in relation to their menopause symptoms, and a further 6% have left work1. Up to 80-90% will have some symptoms, with 25% describing them as severe and debilitating2.

We have a number of tools to support you and your team to have constructive conversations and breakdown barriers.
