Mental Health Awareness Week, May 2024 – business toolkit

31 March 2024

When employees feel good inside, they’re much more likely to perform better and take less time off work.

Mental Health Awareness Week is from 13 to 19 May. The focus this year is moving for our mental health. Here’s why mental health should be a top priority for your clients.

How does this affect your clients?

It’s estimated over 17.1 million workdays were lost between 2022 and 2023 due to work-related stress, depression and anxiety1.

Taking steps to make changes at work can really help with managing work-related anxiety. It can also help colleagues to perform better at work.

We’ve put together some expert-approved tools and resources for you to share that raise awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health.

Download the Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 client email (OFT, 0.06MB) to share the mental health toolkit with your clients.
