How can back health affect your business?
Happy, healthy employees are the backbone of any business.
Most of us will develop back pain at some point in our lives. So, now’s the time to understand how you can give your employees the support they need to take care of their backs and overall wellbeing.
Research shows that in 2021/22 in Britain over 7 million working days were lost due to work-related muscle and bone conditions. And nearly half of these cases were due to back problems1.
As well as affecting mobility, poor back health can impact general wellbeing, limiting your employees’ productivity and increasing the likelihood of them needing time off work.
That’s why it’s important for your business to prepare for Back Care Awareness Week, 3 to 7 October 2023.
