Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 (of those assigned female at birth) mostly between puberty and menopause 1. It’s also a time when women are most active in their career. So, it’s likely members of your workforce will have endometriosis symptoms. These can be severe and have a significant impact on their confidence and performance at work.
