Using the Consumer Intermediary Portal
How to register
For new intermediaries, once we have approved your application, you will receive a separate email from us with a link to follow. This will guide you through the account setup process.
If you experience difficulties in setting up your new account, resetting your existing account, or you would like further support, please email [email protected] or call Intermediary Sales Centre on 0800 332 000 and select option 2.
If you are already a registered intermediary but don't have a Consumer Intermediary Portal account, please contact [email protected]. They can get you set up along with instructions on getting started.
