Review the terms and fees
Read the Healthcare Services Agreement (PDF 0.6MB) network terms as they’ll form the basis of your hospital or clinic’s agreement with us. You’ll be able to download a copy that includes your hospital or clinic’s details once you’ve completed the application.
To make sure that our customers continue to receive best value scanning and treatment, each hospital or clinic joining the Outpatient CT Network needs to agree to the fees outlined in the Healthcare Service Agreement. These have been set to make sure that the fees we pay are consistent and reasonable, and the prices reflect current market levels.
Please also read our Business Rules (PDF 1.3MB) which will help you as you complete your application.
You'll need the following information to complete your agreement:
- The name and Bupa provider number(s) of the recognised hospital or clinic in your agreement.
- The name, company registration number and address of your organisation
- The name, address, phone number and up to date email address of your organisation s representative and authorised signatory.
Complete your application online.
It should take no more than 30 minutes.
If you are new please register an account here.
If you have signed up to our application portal in the past you can log in here.
Hospitals and clinics need to have completed a Bupa Core Quality Assessment within the last three years to confirm that they meet the network quality criteria. If this is needed, we'll contact you separately and let you know.
If you've any questions please email us at [email protected]†† and we'll be happy to help.

It’s a great way to market the services you offer.
The network will run to 30 September 2026.

We’ve reviewed prices for CT scans across the private, NHS and self-pay sectors and set our fees to enable hospitals and clinics to provide these services while ensuring customers’ premiums remain affordable.
No. As part of joining the network, all hospitals and clinics agree to the prices which will be in place until the network renews again in 2026.
The prices include all services relating to the delivery of the CT scanning services for Bupa patients, such as the scan itself, contrast where needed, the reporting, PPE and the radiologist’s fee.
