Refer a Bupa insured patient
If your patient has Bupa health insurance, they may want you to refer them to us. Find all the information you need to refer a patient for private treatment, whether they need to see a consultant or a physiotherapist.
Refer a patient who wants to pay for their own treatment
Your patients don’t need to have Bupa health insurance to benefit from our range of self-pay treatments and services. Bupa On Demand gives them prompt access to pay as you go private healthcare, including hip replacements, hernia repairs and cataract surgery. We’ll make all the arrangements and your patient will receive support throughout from a case manager and 24-hour helpline.
If your patients would like private physiotherapy treatment but don’t have health insurance, they can find and book pay as you go private treatments using Bupa Self Pay . The physiotherapists available through the website are the same ones who treat our health insurance customers.
