We offer much more than health insurance. Find out how our health information and services can help you and your clients.

Care options for your patients

Deciding to leave home and move to residential care is a life changing step for your clients. We offer free, impartial guidance on all the key areas to consider when making the decision to move into care, including funding. We're a leading provider of dementia care, and we also care for those with complex needs including those over the age of 18 with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and learning difficulties.

We take a person-centred approach to care and recognise each of our residents as individuals, so we focus on what’s important to them. We’ll develop a suite of care plans with the resident and their family to reflect their individual needs and wishes.
