Introducer arrangement

Introducer arrangement

You can refer your new and ex-group scheme customers on to our contact centre, in turn they can have access to our range of healthcare products, services and offers. We take care of quotations, administration, transactions and looking after the customer.

Referred customers can access Bupa By You; healthcare insurance based around two core options. Eligible ex-group scheme customers will also have the option of continuation of underwriting conditions on Bupa By You.

Who can sign up to an introducer agreement?

  • Anyone authorised to sign on behalf of the FCA authorised intermediary.
  • The intermediary must have an active agency with Bupa. If you do not have an active agency with Bupa, you must first contact our intermediaries enquiry team

We'll provide different introducer codes for employees, authorised representatives or directly authorised members of the intermediary’s network. Our contract is with the signatory, and payments go only to them.
