For a regular monthly or annual premium, corporate cash plans allow your employees to claim money back on many common health expenses, including dental, optical and prescription charges, all up to annual benefit allowances.
Your employees won’t need pre-authorisation or to undertake a medical, and pre-existing conditions will be covered.
We have a range of cash plans, one of which covers some costs for consultations and diagnostic tests or scans, and gives employees access to a telephone helpline with experienced nurses on hand to offer health information and guidance.

What types of corporate cash plan cover do we offer?
Bupa Wellbeing Health Expenses
This company-paid plan (with option for employees to upgrade) offers different membership levels to help towards the costs of everyday healthcare for your employees and their families.
Three membership levels including individual plus (main member and up to four child dependants) and family options (main member, their partner and up to four child dependants).
Employees get 100% cash back, up to annual benefit allowances.
Other benefits, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropody/podiatry, a telephone helpline and the Bupa Employee Assistance Programme‡.
Access to an online health check for main member only.

Cash Plan 100
Available as a group funded or voluntary (payroll deducted) health benefit for all the team, Cash Plan 100 offers cash back on a selected range of everyday healthcare expenses.
Three membership levels, including individual and family options.
Get cash back on dental, optical, physiotherapy and chiropody/podiatry costs, up to annual benefit limits.
Get cash back for NHS or private hospital in-patient and day-case admissions, up to 20 days or nights for each benefit year.
Get cash back towards prescription costs.
