Corporate cash plans

For a regular monthly or yearly premium, corporate cash plans allow your employees to claim money back on many common health expenses, including dental, optical and prescription charges, all up to annual benefit allowances.
Your employees won’t need pre-authorisation or to undertake a medical, and pre-existing conditions will be covered.
We have a range of cash plans, one of which covers some costs for consultations and diagnostic tests or scans, and gives employees access to a telephone helpline with experienced nurses on hand to offer health information and guidance.

Individual and family cover
Options for your employees to cover themselves and their families (eligible partner and child dependants), depending on the cash plan and and/or level of cover chosen.

What types of corporate cash plan cover do we offer?
Bupa Wellbeing Health Expenses
This company-paid plan (with option for employees to upgrade) offers different membership levels to help towards the costs of everyday healthcare for your employees and their families.
Three membership levels including individual plus (main member and up to four child dependants) and family options (main member, their partner and up to four child dependants).
Employees get 100% cash back, up to annual benefit allowances.
Other benefits, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropody/podiatry, a telephone helpline and the Bupa Employee Assistance Programme‡.
Access to an online health check for main member only.
