Help your team steer clear of the flu
Every year we help UK businesses protect their teams against the spread of the virus, which helps productivity during flu season. In 2025, we provided close to 50,000 vaccinations within an onsite setting and issued 124,000 vouchers to be used within a pharmacy.
We offer two flu vaccination programmes for your employees. Whichever option you choose, they’ll also get access to our all-day Anytime HealthLine for any questions or advice about the vaccines.
About our flu vaccination programme
Get vaccinated at a pharmacy
You can order flu vaccination vouchers that your employees can order online. We’ll send your employees an email asking them to redeem their voucher.
Once they have their voucher, they can:
- visit their local pharmacy – they can choose from over 2,000 UK pharmacies
- get vaccinated at a time that suits them.
A nurse can come to your workplace
Employees can fit their appointment around their day.
You can book half day or full day slots. Our nurses can perform 52 vaccinations in a half day and 104 in a full day.
- Morning sessions start at 9am in London and 9.30am outside of London
- Afternoon sessions start at 1.30pm and finish at 5.30pm
The nurse will arrive 30-45 minutes before they start. This is so they can be shown the fire exits, toilets and prepare their kit in a safe environment.
We do charge for the number of vaccines we send, so we'll confirm exactly what is needed a few days in advance.
