Benefits for businesses
We offer a range of services for people with musculoskeletal injuries whether your business has Bupa insurance or not. Our robust treatment pathways can provide treatment plans to suit your employees’ needs.
Whatever your employees’ musculoskeletal condition, we’re here to help them.
Ascenti partnership
Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions are one of the most common reasons for sickness absence.
So let's make physio more flexible. Together with Ascenti we offer treatment in over 300 locations. From bones to muscles to joints, getting care is more accessible than ever.
Choose an in-person, phone or video appointment. Whatever works for you. And we'll get you moving again.
PhysioLine
Reduce waiting times and receive early intervention through PhysioLine.
With potential to reduce sickness absence, employees can call us with a muscle, bone or joint problem. We'll then arrange a callback via phone or video chat and a physiotherapist will offer guidance on the best pathway.
Access to specialists
We provide convenient face-to-face access to specialists, including:
- musculoskeletal physicians
- physiotherapist
- therapists
Effective care
We invest in evidence-based treatments to treat and manage MSK conditions. As well as develop treatment pathways that focus on non-invasive treatment.
By putting your employees in touch with a physiotherapist as soon as a problem occurs, PhysioLine can help provide musculoskeletal support even if you don’t have our health insurance. We offer advice to support your employees to keep on top of minor issues as soon as they crop up, helping them avoid bigger problems further down the line.
Our experienced physiotherapists can assess your employees’ symptoms over video or by phone and recommend the best course of treatment for them. They may provide advice to help your employee manage their condition themselves through a programme of self-help exercises with up to three follow-up sessions or, if needed, refer them for face-to-face diagnosis and treatment.
By partnering with Ascenti we offer more flexible treatment options than ever before. From PhysioLine to receiving care, Ascenti are with us every step of the way.
Together, we have over 300 clinics offering face-to-face and remote physio options. By making treatment more accessible, it can help to reduce sickness absence at work.
We make sure that your employees will always have people with the right level of understanding helping them. So, if the diagnosis suggests treatment is the best option, our team of physiotherapists, MSK physicians and other MSK therapists will work together to create a treatment plan that will help get it right first time.
Consultations and treatment can happen either at one of our health centres or at your place of work. By us coming to you, we can gain a deeper understanding of the muscle, bone and joint issues that affect your business most and even process claims there and then if you have Bupa Insurance.

Back Care Health Hub
Back pain can have a big impact on our lives. It’s amongst the leading causes of both short and long-term absence from work and can stop many people from doing things they enjoy.
The good news is that most back pain can be self-managed with the right information and support.
Our Back Care Health Hub gives your employees a range of information and tools to help them understand and manage their pain, including potential treatment options and an online screening tool to help them understand the likelihood of developing persistent problems.
