Nikki is a member of the British Dental Association and the Association of Dental Implantology.

Charlotte qualified in 2018 from the University of Manchester. She has since completed Attiq Rahman's prep course and has received training in Totally Composite and Invisalign aligners.

Mark qualified as a dentist from the University of Liverpool in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in general dental practice, in both the NHS and private sectors.

Katie has been part of the Bupa Dental Care Bramhall team since 2023 and qualified as a dentist in 2012. She has completed trainings in Invisalign aligners and anti‑snoring devices.

Robert Longton, known to patients as Rob, has completed additional dental courses and is a knowledgeable, caring dentist who takes pride in providing high‑quality care.

Madeline Jones graduated from Manchester Dental School in 2016. She has since completed a diploma in aesthetic dentistry. She is also a qualified Invisalign orthodontics provider.

Nasreen graduated from King's College London in 2007 and has continued her education with numerous postgraduate courses.

Faizan Zaheer is a GDC-registered specialist in periodontology, and is currently providing treatments to his patients at Bupa Dental Care Bramhall.

Ioana is known for her meticulous, detail‑focused approach and takes great pride in providing high‑quality dental care. She also has a natural ability to support anxious patients.

Dr Suzie Killilea graduated from the University of Leeds in 2000 and is our newest dentist to join Bupa Dental Care Bramhall. She is highly experienced in dentistry.

Noelia is one of our dental hygienists and helps patients improve and maintain their oral health.

Kerry is a kind and compassionate hygienist and enjoys putting her patients at ease with her gentle approach.

As lead dental nurse at Bupa Dental Care, Hannah supports the team closely and works alongside Dr Charlotte Walsh to ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visits.

Helen has been qualified as a dental nurse for 22 years and enjoys working alongside Nikki Kaffe and Noelia Cooper here at Bupa Dental Care Bramhall.

As an oral health practitioner at Bupa Dental Care, Alice works closely alongside Dr Nasreen Salem, supporting patients with their oral health and helping them feel comfortable.

Sana Munshi joined the team in 2016 and spends her time alternating between nursing with our hygienists and assisting on reception.

As a qualified dental nurse since 2025, Isla works alongside Dr Suzie, helping to ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and well cared for throughout their treatment.

As a qualified dental nurse since 2026, Samantha Smith works alongside Dr Katie Croxford, helping to ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their treatment.

As a trainee dental nurse at Bupa Dental Care, Abbey Ellis is currently studying as part of her apprenticeship while supporting the dentists and hygienists.

As a trainee dental nurse at Bupa Dental Care, Sadie Harrison is currently studying as part of her apprenticeship while supporting the dentists and hygienists.

Alex joined the team as practice manager in August 2020. She has been with Bupa Dental Care since 2018 and has experience in patient care and customer service.

Gemma is a key part of our reception team at Bupa Dental Care Bramhall.

As practice coordinator at Bupa Dental Care, Katey Shaw supports the practice manager and helps guide patients smoothly through their dental journey.

Melissa O’Malley is one of our receptionists at Bupa Dental Care, welcoming patients to the practice and helping with appointments, queries, and day‑to‑day support.
