i had a car accident about 10 years ago

lost a lot of the teeth on the left hand side of my face and i'd had various problems with my teeth

and i couldn't eat properly and i couldn't smile properly and i did a lot of this all the time

when i was talking and it just wasn't good enough

i hated it it made me miserable when molly came to see us she couldn't eat she covered her mouth

when she smiled it really affected her life um and it's really nice from our point of view we see loads and loads of people like that

that we get the chance to make a massive difference to their lifestyle

i had lots of appointments where i'd come in and they'd talk things through with me

and they'd x-ray things they'd show me things on x-rays and they kept me part of it all the way through there was never a point

when i wasn't sure what was going on or what was going to happen next they always made sure

that i knew what was happening and why it was happening and what the end result would be well molly

actually first came across us at my other practice over in farsi initially

she came there for a consultation and that's classic really if the ethos behind dental excellence clinically she's a challenging case due to the bone loss that she'd experienced there were no surprises nothing happened that i wasn't expecting to happen except it didn't hurt

and i thought it would i always thought i wouldn't be one of the people that cried

and i did i cried when they showed me my teeth i'd given the guys a deadline all the way through they had to have everything done in time for me to go to buckingham palace to meet the queen

and they hit the deadline and the swelling had gone and the teeth were done and everything looked perfect and then i fell over and broke my arm and went in a full pot my arm is sling which wasn't the plan but the teeth were great

and i smiled all day and had lots of photographs taken and i felt a million dollars i've just got all my confidence back they offered me new teeth and a good smile

and i got new teeth in the fab smile
