We provide NHS and private orthodontic treatments for children and private orthodontic treatment for adults. Most practices offer free consultations.

At Total Orthodontics, all our dentists have completed an additional three-year full-time qualification in orthodontics at masters or doctorate level, making them experts in their field.
Our clinicians are dedicated to creating beautiful smiles. All their time and attention goes into increasing their knowledge of orthodontics, meaning our patients receive the care and attention they deserve.
We treat adults and children
We’ve been straightening teeth for children and adults using various orthodontic techniques since 2000. We can help you choose the treatment that’s right for you or your children, whether that’s traditional fixed braces, almost invisible braces, lingual braces or systems such as, Invisalign Teen.
We have clinics throughout the UK and most of our orthodontists offer free consultations for adults.

Free consultations for adults
Most of our practices offer free, no-obligation consultations for patients aged 18 or over. There’s so much information available about braces and orthodontic treatment, it can be overwhelming. Come and sit down with us; we’ll be happy to explain your options and answer any questions. And we’ll give you honest answers, including all-inclusive costs for your treatment.

We offer NHS and private orthodontic services
As well as private orthodontic care, some of our practices offer NHS treatment to patients who qualify. Orthodontic treatment is only available through the NHS to treat serious dental health problems, such as severe crowding of teeth. However, if you do not qualify for NHS treatment we can discuss upgraded options with you. We offer free NHS assessments to anyone under the age of 17 with a dentist referral.
