Remote appointments
Access our services from home
We provide healthcare from home with our remote consultation service. Speak to a doctor or clinician from the comfort of your own home. We also provide phone consultations as an alternative to video.
If you need help booking an appointment, you can call us on 0345 268 2569.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 6am to 10pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am to 10pm. We may record or monitor our calls.
Help with phone calls
Language Line
We use Language Line, a translation and interpretation service. If you need to speak to us in another language when you call us, someone will translate for you.
To use this service, just let the team member know when you’re on the phone and they’ll arrange it for you.
Relay UK
Relay UK is a free service. It helps people with hearing and speech difficulties communicate over the phone. To use this, you’ll need to download the app before calling us.
Convo
Convo, formerley known as Sign Live, is a free video service that translates conversations for users of British Sign Language (BSL). Download the app to be connected to a BSL interpreter when you call us.
