What is pay as you go healthcare?
With our pay as you go private healthcare, you don’t need Bupa health insurance. You simply pay for the treatment you need, when you need it. Whether it’s physiotherapy, health assessments or private GP services, accessing our pay as you go healthcare is convenient, fast and flexible.
Our pay as you go services are available in our health centres across the UK. They are also available at Cromwell Hospital in London.

In person private GP
With our flexible face-to-face GP appointments, you can talk about any health issue in confidence. Many of our health centres offer same-day appointments, and you don’t have to be a Bupa member.
Remote private GP
Talk to a GP either over the phone or on a video call using your smartphone, tablet or computer. Chat through any concerns you have, wherever you want within the U.K.
Menopause plan
If you want to talk to someone about the menopause, we can help with both the physical and psychological symptoms. You’ll get a personalised plan and ongoing support from a specially trained GP.
Period plan
It’s important that anyone experiencing period concerns is listened to, so our GPs will work with you to create a personalised care plan to manage your symptoms.
Health assessments
Our health assessments can give you a clear picture of your current health and identify future risks. Book an assessment at one of our health centres, or even do the tests at home.
Physiotherapy & MSK
Our specialists combine hands-on care, exercise and education with clinical treatments to help improve the way your joints and muscles work.
Earwax removal
Our Health Advisers use a special suction device to remove excessive earwax quickly, safely and effectively. And if there’s no wax, you won’t get charged.
Sexual health services
Whether you have symptoms or not, our sexual health checks help get you the best care. Our services are discreet and confidential, and we’ll support you along the way.
