Making a claim

Please enter your details below to begin your claim. Make sure you have everything you need to complete your claim before starting. This includes receipts for any treatment you’ve received, as you’ll need to upload these.

Check your policy guide, membership certificate or table of cover to understand what you’re covered for. These documents also include the amount you and anyone covered by your policy can claim up to in each benefit year.

So we can deal with your claim as quickly as possible, any receipts you upload should have:

  • the name of the person who received the treatment
  • the name and contact details of where they had the treatment
  • the date the person received treatment and the cost

*These are all mandatory fields that must be completed
