Karishma is trained to provide Invisalign Go for short-term orthodontics. She studied biochemistry (BSc Hons) at Queen Mary University of London before qualifying in dentistry (BDS) at Peninsula Dental School, Plymouth in 2016. She carried out her foundation training in Bicester, followed by her dental core training in oral and maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford. She has worked as a general dental practitioner in Stevenage and London before getting married and moving to Blackburn in 2020.

Since graduating, she has achieved a postgraduate Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCSEd). She is trained to provide Invisalign Go for short-term orthodontics and is currently completing a postgraduate diploma in restorative dentistry.
