After completing his foundation training at The Oxford Education Deanery, Fawad undertook additional hospital training roles in maxillofacial surgery and restorative dentistry. During this time, he was awarded the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Fawad completed a master's in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2018. He has worked in multiple practices across Hampshire and has limited clinical work to endodontics, treating cases on a referral basis. He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society, European Society of Endodontology and the American Association of Endodontists. Fawad is also a published author in the British Dental Journal.
