Qanih's postgraduate qualifications include a diploma of membership at the Royal Colleges of Surgeons, Edinburgh 2011, and an MSc in restorative cosmetic dentistry, UCLan 2016. They also completed a one-year implantology course in Manchester in 2012 which covered surgical and restorative phases of three major implant systems (Straumann, Astra and Nobel Biocare).

Qanih accepts referrals for implant-supported dentures, socket preservation, guided bone regeneration (GBR), and all aspects of dental implants (surgical and restorative).
