In addition to her master's qualification, Poonam has completed a number of advanced certifications, and most recently has been undertaking a postgraduate diploma in Endodontics (root canal treatment). She is also an Invisalign certified provider (clear braces for teeth straightening) and is known for excellent knowledge and commitment to her patients.
