Training and qualifications

Dr Jordan Frankgate graduated with honours from Glasgow University. His early experience exposed him to a variety of specialist fields including hospital surgery, orthodontics, paediatrics and special care dentistry, before settling into cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr Jordan finds the transformative impact that dentistry can have on people’s lives to be hugely rewarding, especially complex situations where he needs to work closely with multiple specialists to help design the smiles of his patients’ dreams.

Dr Jordan’s journey has been fueled by a commitment to continuous improvement, delivering exceptional patient-centered care and embracing cutting-edge technologies. He has invested heavily in postgraduate development, especially “comprehensive dentistry” - the discipline of treating the person as a whole, not just their teeth. On top of this, he has worked closely with organisations that are bringing the latest in modern technology to dentistry, with the aim of improving patient outcomes. 3D printing, computer-aided ceramics design and manufacturing, intraoral scanning and AI augmented diagnostics are just some of the technologies that Dr Jordan regularly utilises to provide the best in modern dentistry for his patients.

Dr Jordan has been mentored by some of the best dentists, not just locally, but internationally. He strongly advocates and pushes for the advancement of dentistry in the UK and uses his experience to give back to other dentists for the benefit of patients everywhere.

Treatments offered

Patients who have been under his care always appreciate his meticulous clinical work, and he works in a calm and friendly manner with an emphasis on communication that breaks down complex dental topics in a language that everyone can understand. He feels that the most important step on the path to a healthy and beautiful smile you can be proud of is a conversation, wherein he can completely understand his patient’s goals.

When he’s not thinking about teeth (doesn’t happen very often), he’s usually being a full-time cat dad or looking for somewhere nice to eat.
