With over 15 years’ experience in the dental industry, Steph Leach began her career as a dental receptionist before qualifying as a dental nurse. She progressed to become head dental nurse and treatment coordinator, with a passion for implants, sedation, endodontics and orthodontics.

In the last 10 years she has successfully managed practices across both Wales and England, meeting the regulatory standards of both Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Steph is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for patients while leading and supporting her team to deliver outstanding dental care.

Outside of work, Steph lives in rural Shropshire with her fiancé. She loves travelling and has been fortunate to explore many countries, with Thailand topping the list. If she’s not at the practice, she’s probably planning her next holiday.
