David Vivian has nearly 30 years of experience in dental implants and has placed over 4,000 implants. His early training included the Branemark prosthetics program (1993) and the Eastman Step by Step Course (1996–97). He’s a long-standing member of the Association of Dental Implantology and the Society for Advancement in Anaesthesia in Dentistry.
