Balaji has gone on to gain additional qualifications in implant dentistry, including the diploma in implant dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons. He regularly attends courses to keep he abreast of all the latest developments in the field of implant dentistry.

Balaji joined the Practice as the in-house dental surgeon with a special interest in implants in 2016. He practiced general dentistry in India for nearly 10 years before moving to the UK and passing the statutory examinations. He was awarded the advanced certificate in this qualification, reflecting skills in bone grafts and sinus augmentation. He has restored hundreds of dental implants, ranging from simple single units, multiple splinted units, full arch fixed restoration and overdentures.
