Training, Qualifications and Experience
Oliver qualified from Royal Dental Hospital (University of London) in 1983. He worked in general dental practice in the home counties and owned a practice in Chesham, Buckinghamshire between 1983 and 2000. During this time, Oliver developed an interest in restorative cosmetic dentistry and in 1986, he completed an advanced course in occlusion and worked with world-renowned aesthetic dental technician John Hubbard.
In 2000, Oliver worked in the City of London, offering advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. During his time there he was selected to work on all three series of TV’s Extreme Makeover UK.
He was an inaugural member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and passed their accreditation in 2007 and their fellowship examination in 2010. Oliver is currently one of only three Fellows in the UK. In 2014 Oliver passed his master’s degree in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry from Manchester University with distinction.
Oliver has also worked in dentistry in Tunbridge Wells, the Isle of Wight, Liverpool, Finland and Saudi Arabia, offering aesthetic restorative dentistry to a client list that has included royalty, super-models, celebrities and sports stars.
In 2017 Oliver moved to the Lake District for a more rural and outdoor life. He greatly enjoys his dentistry in Grange, where he is working on his passion for 21st Century digital dentistry alongside the senior Bupa Dental Care clinical team.
Oliver has lectured both nationally and internationally on many aspects of cosmetic, aesthetic, restorative and laser dentistry.

Restoring smiles that are falling apart or wearing away. Oliver often uses composite bonding to provide a more cost-effective tooth friendly solution.
Oliver currently works three days a week for Bupa Dental Care Grange-over Sands, providing all aspects of aesthetic restorative dentistry. He has a list of regular local patients and takes referrals for more advanced aesthetic cases (Working days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
