Training and qualifications

Shweta gained her undergraduate dental degree in India in 1999 and went on to set up her own practice in Mumbai. She then relocated to the UK in 2007 and passed the statutory exam in 2008. Following that, Shweta has worked in and around Marple offering private dental treatment to the patients in the area for over 16 years.

Shweta has also completed a two-year restorative course under acclaimed dentist Dr Paul Tipton, and is finishing her last module for MSc in Orthodontics at University of Warwick.

Treatments offered

Shweta offers a full range of Invisalign treatments (Teen, Express, Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive) as well as fixed metal or clear braces.

Shweta also sees patients on a private basis for their general dental needs and finds immense satisfaction in helping nervous patients overcome their fear of visiting the dentist. Her calm, caring and empathetic approach helps her put patients at ease. She is passionate about her work and thrives in working as a team with her patients to achieve long term healthy teeth and proud pleasing smiles.

Outside work, Shweta has a passion for cooking and loves entertaining her friends and family over dinner. When not running after her little girl, working or studying, she finds time to relax with yoga, walks and meditation.
